رئيس هيئة المنافذ: نجاح تجربة ربط قراءة بيانات الميزان الجسري مع نظام الإسكوادا بمنفذ الشلامجة

أعلن رئيس هيئة المنافذ الحدودية الفريق عمر الوائلي، اليوم الأحد، نجاح تجربة ربط قراءة بيانات الميزان الجسري مع نظام “الإسكوادا” في إنجاز المعاملات إلكترونياً بمنفذ الشلامجة.
وذكرت الهيئة في بيان تلقاه ( الخبر العراقي) أنه “استنادا لتوجيهات رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني وتنفيذا لتوصيات لجنة الأمر الديواني رقم 613 لسنة 2025 برئاسة مستشار رئيس مجلس الوزراء لشؤون المنافذ والجمارك والنقل، رئيس هيئة المنافذ الحدودية يتابع ميدانيا نجاح الهيئة العامة للكمارك في اعتماد الوزن الإلكتروني للبضائع الواردة إلى البلد في منفذ الشلامجة الحدودي”.
وأضافت أنه، “من أجل ديمومة الإجراءات الإلكترونية التي اعتمدتها هيئة المنافذ الحدودية، إثر إكمالها والمباشرة ببرنامج اداره المنافذ الإلكتروني والربط الشبكي للسونارات في كافة المنافذ الحدودية لكونها الطريقة الوحيدة لمحاربة الفساد وتحقيق الحوكمة بكافة اشكالها”.
وأضافت، أنه، “إيمانا من الهيئة وكوادرها بأن التكامل والتنسيق وتبادل البيانات مع الدوائر العاملة واهمها الهيئة العامة للجمارك ومناطقها ومراكزها الجمركية مهم جدا في تكامل وجاهزية العمل بهدف تعظيم الإيرادات غير النفطية ومحاربة التهريب وتنفيذ فقرات البرنامج الوزاري”.
وتابعت: “نشهد اليوم نجاح تجربة ربط قراءة بيانات الميزان الجسري مع نظام الإسكوادا في إنجاز المعاملات الجمركية الكترونياً وهي خطوة مهمة للابتعاد عن التعامل الورقي الذي شهد سابقا عمليات تزوير وتحريف كبيره”، لافتة إلى ان “هذا الإجراء لا يسمح للعامل البشري في التلاعب بالأوزان الحقيقية للبضائع الواردة إلى البلد لان قراءة الأوزان تنتقل بشكل مباشر إلى موظفي التدقيق في الكمارك والمنافذ مما يقطع الطريق على ضعفاء النفوس من التلاعب بالأوزان او الرسوم المتحققة”.
وأشارت إلى أن “ملف المنافذ والجمارك والضرائب والتحويل المالي يشهد نجاحات متتالية وذلك لوجود إصرار من لجنة الأمر الديواني المذكورة وبدعم وإشراف مباشر من رئيس مجلس الوزراء في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة في ملف تعظيم الإيرادات غير النفطية من خلال اتباع الاتمتة الالكترونية والحوكمة بعدها خارطة طريق واضحة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة”.
