الاتحاد الآسيوي يعتزم إطلاق دوري الأمم لتعزيز فرص التطوير

أعلن الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم عن إطلاق بطولة جديدة للمنتخبات الوطنية تحت مسمى دوري الأمم الآسيوية، في خطوة تهدف إلى تطوير المنافسات الدولية على مستوى القارة، على غرار دوري الأمم الأوروبية والإفريقية.
وأوضح الاتحاد في بيان رسمي تابعه ( الخبر العراقي)، اليوم الأحد، أن” البطولة تسعى إلى توفير مباريات دولية منتظمة ذات قيمة فنية عالية، وتعزيز التوازن التنافسي بين المنتخبات، إلى جانب تحسين كفاءة التكاليف وتنظيم روزنامة أكثر استقراراً للمباريات الدولية”.
وأكد أمين عام الاتحاد الآسيوي، داتو ويندسور جون، خلال البيان أن” إطلاق دوري الأمم الآسيوية يمثل خطوة مهمة لدعم تطوير الاتحادات الأعضاء الـ47، مشيراً إلى أن تفاصيل نظام البطولة والجدول الزمني سيتم الإعلان عنها لاحقاً بعد استكمال المشاورات مع الاتحادات الوطنية”.
