الإعلام والاتصالات تشدد على ضرورة ضبط التغطيات الإعلامية

أكدت هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات، اليوم الأربعاء، دعمها للإجراءات الأمنية المتخذة من وزارة الداخلية، مشددةً على ضرورة ضبط التغطيات الإعلامية، فيما شددت ضرورة الامتناع عن تداول أو إعادة نشر المقاطع المصورة التي قد تسهم في كشف مواقع حساسة.
وذكر بيان للمكتب الإعلامي للهيئة، تلقاه (الخبر العراقي) “أنه انطلاقاً من مسؤوليات الهيئة القانونية والتنظيمية بموجب الأمر رقم (65) لسنة 2004، والتزاماً بأحكام الدستور العراقي — ولاسيما ما يتعلق بضمان حرية التعبير في إطار القانون وحماية النظام العام — نعلن دعمنا الكامل للإجراءات والتوجيهات الصادرة عن وزارة الداخلية الرامية إلى حفظ الأمن والاستقرار في البلاد”.
وشددت الهيئة على أن “حرية التعبير وحق الوصول إلى المعلومات ركن أساسي في النظام الديمقراطي، لكنها تظل مقيدة بضوابط عدم الإضرار بالأمن الوطني وسلامة المواطنين”، مشيرة إلى أن الإعلام المسؤول، خاصة في الظروف الاستثنائية، يقتضي الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية التي تعزز الاستقرار والثقة بمؤسسات الدولة.
وتابع البيان إن “الهيئة تهيب بالجهات الإعلامية المرخصة كافة أن تضطلع بدورها المهني بوصفها شريكاً في حماية السلم الأهلي، وأن تكون وسائل الإعلام العراقية رافداً للوحدة الوطنية وداعماً للاستقرار، كما تؤكد الهيئة أن حرية الإعلام حق مكفول وراسخ، وأن التغطية المسؤولة للأحداث الأمنية لا تعني الصمت أو إخفاء الحقائق، بل تعني تحقيق التوازن بين حق الجمهور في المعرفة وبين الاعتبارات الأمنية، وفقاً للمعايير المهنية الواردة في لائحة قواعد البث الإعلامي”.
ونوهت الهيئة إلى أن “نشر الإحداثيات الجغرافية التفصيلية للمواقع الأمنية أو المستهدفة، أو بث مقاطع مصورة تكشف تحركات القوات الأمنية أثناء تأدية مهامها، يعد انتهاكاً صريحاً لأحكام لائحة قواعد البث، لما ينطوي عليه ذلك من تزويد للجهات المعادية بمعلومات قد تُعرّض أرواح المواطنين والمنتسبين للخطر.
