اللامي: نأمل أن تسهم التجربة العراقية بتوحيد التوجهات لتحجيم الفساد في المنطقة

أعرب رئيس هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، رئيس الشبكة العربيَّة لتعزيز النزاهة ومُكافحة الفساد محمد علي اللامي، اليوم الخميس، عن أمله في أن تُسهم التجربة العراقيَّة، مدعومةً بالزخم الإقليمي للشبكة، في توحيد التوجهات لتحجيم الفساد في المنطقة.
وذكر بيان للهيئة، تلقاه ( الخبر العراقي) ، أن “العراق، ممثلاً برئيس هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، رئيس الشبكة العربيَّة لتعزيز النزاهة ومُكافحة الفساد محمد علي اللامي، ترأس أعمال الاجتماع العام العاشر للشبكة في العاصمة القطريَّة الدوحة، الذي عُقدَ تحت شعار “نحو شراكات جديدة”، بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، حيث أعرب اللامي، خلال الاجتماع، عن “أمله في أن تُسهم التجربة العراقية، مدعومة بالزخم الإقليمي للشبكة، في توحيد التوجُّهات؛ لتحجيم الفساد في المنطقة”.
وأعرب اللامي عن “اعتزازه بالمسيرة التي انتهجتها الشبكة مُـنْذُ تأسيسها في العام 2008″، مُؤكّداً، “إنَّها غدت اليوم المساحة التشاركية الأوسع التي تحشد جهود (53) وزارة وهيئة من (20) دولة عربية، إلى جانب (25) مُنظَّمةً مُستقلّة من المُجتمع المدنيّ والقطاعين الخاصِّ والأكاديميّ”، مرحباً بالوقت نفسه باسم رئاسة الشبكة، “بانضمام أعضاء جدد: “جهاز الرقابة الماليَّة والإداريَّة للدولة في سلطنة عُمان، وديوان المُراقبة العامة في جمهوريَّة الصومال الفيدرالية”، عاداً، “هذا التوسُّع يعكس اتساع رقعة العمل العربي المُشترك”.
وأشاد اللامي، “بالتحوُّل النوعي في عمل الشبكة من تنسيق السياسات إلى العمل الميداني التخصصي”، مُثّمناً، “إطلاق ستة فرق خبراء إقليميَّة تعمل على تعزيز النزاهة في قطاعاتٍ حيويَّـةٍ كالصحّة، والتربية والتعليم، والنقل العام، فضلاً عن تطوير آليات التعاون عبر الحدود لمُكافحة الفساد”.
وشدَّد اللامي على، أنَّ “المعركة ضدَّ الفساد يجب أن تتحوَّل إلى قضيَّةٍ شعبيَّـة”، مُستعرضاً، “مبادراتٍ عراقيَّة رائدة مثل حملة “دق الباب” للعمل الميدانيّ، ومُبادرة “ميثاق شرف النزاهة”، واستراتيجيَّـة “غرس القيم” التي تستهدف الأفراد من رياض الأطفال وحتَّى المرحلة الجامعيَّة”.
وأشار البيان إلى، أن “الاجتماع الذي أداره مدير المشروع الإقليميّ لتعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد التابع لبرنامج الأمم المُتَّحدة الإنمائيِّ أركان السبلانيّ، بمشاركة إيلينا سايلن من برنامج الأمم المُتَّحدة الإنمائيّ، ركز على تعميق الحوار حول استراتيجيَّـات النزاهة في جهود التعافي وإعادة الإعمار في السياقات المُتأثرة بالنزاعات، وبحث سبل تعزيز الشراكات العابرة للحدود للمُدَّة (2026-2028)”.
وفي ختام الاجتماع، “عبَّر اللامي عن “أمله في أن تُسهم التجربة العراقيَّة، مدعومةً بالزخم الإقليميِّ للشبكة، في توحيد التوجُّهات؛ لتحجيم الفساد في المنطقة”، مُؤكّداً، “التزام العراق بدوره القياديِّ في تعزيز قيم المُساءلة والشفافيَّـة”.
