رئيس الوزراء يطلق مشروع أتمتة معاملات البيع ونقل الملكية بدائرة التسجيل العقاري

أطلق رئيس مجلس الوزراء، محمد شياع السوداني، اليوم الخميس، مشروع أتمتة معاملات البيع ونقل الملكية في دائرة التسجيل العقاري العامة بوزارة العدل، فيما وجه بالعمل لتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطنين مع ضمان إنجاز المعاملات وحفظها وتأمينها.
وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء، في بيان تلقاه ( الخبر العراقي)، أن “رئيس مجلس الوزراء، محمد شياع السوداني، أطلق عبر دائرة تلفزيونية، مشروع أتمتة معاملات البيع ونقل الملكية في دائرة التسجيل العقاري العامة وتشكيلاتها بوزارة العدل”.
وبارك رئيس الوزراء، بحسب البيان، “لكل العاملين هذا المشروع المهم المنسجم مع توجه الحكومة في الإصلاح الإداري والمالي، والشفافية في التعاملات خصوصاً المتعلق منها بحقوق المواطنين”، مؤكداً أن “دائرة التسجيل العقاري من أكثر دوائر الدولة التي تشهد مراجعة من المواطنين بما يتعلق في عملها بحقوق الملكية ونقلها”.
وبين، أن “المشروع خطوة مهمة لتقليل الروتين والحد من تأخير إنجاز المعاملات وكذلك الحد من المعقبين، وهو خطوة بالاتجاه الصحيح في الإصلاح الإداري والتحول من النظام الورقي الى النظام الإلكتروني الذي عملت الحكومة عليه في أكثر من مفصل لإنجاز التحول الرقمي ومواكبة التطور السريع في العالم”.
وشدد على أن “النظام في هذا المشروع يحتاج الى مزيد من التدقيق والتحديث المستمر لكي نطمئن بأنّ تنفيذه يتم بالشكل الصحيح، وأن يتمتع العاملون عليه بالخبرة والكفاءة اللازمة”.
ووجه رئيس الوزراء، “بالعمل لتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطنين مع ضمان إنجاز المعاملات وحفظها وتأمينها بالشكل الأمثل للحفاظ على ممتلكات المواطن”، مؤكداً “أهمية عملية الربط مع باقي الدوائر المعنية، حيث سيتم الإيعاز لوزارتي الداخلية والمالية بالإسراع في إكمال إجراءات الربط الإلكتروني لغرض إتمام عمليات التدقيق وإنجاز المعاملات”.
