اصدرت هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات قرارا يقضي بإيقاف برنامج “الحق يُقال” على قناة UTV لمدة 45 يوماً، بسبب “مخالفات لقواعد البث الإعلامي” تتعلق بأسلوب التقديم وإدارة الحوار ومحتوى بعض الحلقات.
وبحسب وثيقة رسمية صادرة عن الهيئة فإن القرار جاء بعد رصد حلقات بُثت خلال شهر أيار الحالي، تضمنت مضامين لا تنسجم مع معايير المهنية والحياد والآداب العامة، إضافة إلى استخدام عبارات وإشارات اعتُبرت مسيئة أو مثيرة للانقسام المجتمعي.
كما وجّهت الهيئة القناة بحذف الحلقات المخالفة من منصاتها الرقمية، استناداً إلى لائحة المخالفات والعقوبات الخاصة بالمؤسسات الإعلامية في العراق.
