مجلس النواب يعلن شروط الترشيح لمنصب رئيس جمهورية العراق

أعلن مجلس النواب، اليوم الأربعاء، عن شروط الترشيح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية.
وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لمجلس النواب في بيان تلقاه ( الخبر العراقي)، أنه “استناداً للمواد (2 و 3) من قانون رقم (8) لسنة 2012 (قانون أحكام الترشيح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية)، يعلن مجلس النواب عن فتح باب الترشيح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية”.
وأضاف “على الراغبين بالترشيح ممن تتوافر فيهم الشروط المدرجة أدناه، تقديم طلباتهم التحريرية مشفوعة بالوثائق الرسمية الأصلية التي تثبت توافر تلك الشروط فيهم مع سيرهم الذاتية الى رئاسة مجلس النواب، وتسليمها الى دائرة الشؤون القانونية في مجلس النواب/ قصر المؤتمرات خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً ولغاية الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر من أيام (الأربعاء، الأحد، الاثنين) الموافق 2025/12/31 و 2026/1/5,4 لقاء وصل تسليم يثبت فيه تقديمهم الطلب وتاريخ التقديم ومرفقاته من الوثائق”.
وأوضح المكتب أنه “يشترط في المرشح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية استناداً الى المادة (1) من القانون أن يكون:
أولاً: عراقياً بالولادة ومن أبوين عراقيين.
ثانياً: كامل الأهلية وأتم الأربعين سنة من عمره.
ثالثاً: ذا سمعة حسنة وخبرة سياسية ومن المشهود له بالنزاهة والاستقامة والعدالة والإخلاص للوطن.
رابعاً: حاصلاً على شهادة جامعية أولية في الأقل ومعترف بها من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في العراق.
خامساً: غير محكوم عليه بجريمة مخلة بالشرف.
سادساً: غير مشمول بإجراءات المساءلة والعدالة أو أي إجراءات تحل محلها”.
